Xinyun GuangZhou branch's scope of business includes:
a. Transportation of export and import goods to and from China, international container transport, tourism and other services;
b. Shipping transport and ship’s chartering business;
c. Direct shipping and transshipments via HongKong form the GETDD, GuangZhou, and Huangpu Harbour to ports all over the world as well as cargo canvassing, shipping-space bookings, forwarding, customs declaration, signing of bills of lading, documentation and freight settlement;
d. Containership loading and unloading; building, dismantling and storage of containers; goods storage and co-ordination of transshipment services;
e. Agency services for vessels, containers, cargo forwarding and storage for non-containerized cargoes
The operation area of the Company’s headquarters is located at the Huangpu Harbour container terminal inside the GETDD. The terminal is one of China’s three modern container terminals, with advanced facilities and a total area of 300,000 sq.m. Three 25,000-ton class vessels can be berthed at the same time for loading and unloading.
Recent additions to the facilities include a 15,000 sq.m. dangerous goods yard, and power supply for the refrigeration of goods. An expansion project currently in progress a computer control system, six bridge crane, ten portal cranes, and 10,000 sq.m. of storage area.

Xinyun Holdings Ltd. is a first class forwarding company ratified by the Ministry of Foreign Economic & Trade Cooperation , which supplies diverse transportation services to worldwide.
It is invested by Sinotrans (Group) Corp., and Xinyun Group with USD 2.4 million (RMB20 million) in 1995. After several years’ high-speed development, it has grown up to be a giant in this area.
In 2002, it is proved as a member of NVOCC. Now Xinyun Holdings Ltd. totally owns 11 branch companies or offices and agents , which cover 10 main seaports and airports along the east coast of China.

Xinyun Guangzhou branch also possesses a large fleet of conventional and container trucks, enabling the company to provide a door-to-door distribution service from terminal to warehouse for all its clients.

The terminal enjoys an excellent location, with convenient access by sea and land. It is linked by rail to the GuangZhou-ShenZhen line, which makes it the transportation centre for import and export goods moving to and form the Provinces of HuNan, HuBei, YunNan, SiChuan and Jiangxi.
Xinyun GuangZhou branch is also entitled to use terminals in both the old and new HuangPu Harbours, plus anchorages and other port facilities, for relevant operations.
